Return & Cancellation Policy

Final Sale Policy

We take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our products, and due to the nature of our offerings, all sales made through Neylan Design are final. We encourage our customers to review their orders carefully, as we do not accept returns or cancellations once a purchase is made.

Exceptions for Vendor Errors or Shipping Damage

We understand that certain situations are beyond your control. Therefore, we make exceptions in cases where the product arrives with errors attributable to our vendors or if the item is damaged during shipping beyond repair. In these rare instances, we are prepared to work with you to resolve the issue, either through replacement or an alternative solution that meets your needs.

Customer Responsibility

We kindly remind our customers that it is your responsibility to ensure that the products you order will fit in your intended delivery space. Please take the time to measure doorways, hallways, staircases, and other access points before placing your order. Products that cannot be delivered due to size constraints, such as limitations in door width, ceiling height, or staircase dimensions, are not eligible for return.

At Neylan Design, we are dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction. Please be advised that we adhere to a no-return and no-cancellation policy. However, in the unlikely event of vendor errors or irreparable damage during shipping, we are committed to providing support and assistance. Our team is always available to address any concerns or queries you may have regarding our products or policies.

Damage Policy

In the event of receiving a damaged product, you must inform Neylan Design within 24 hours of receipt. Our team, in conjunction with our delivery partners, will assess whether the product can be repaired. If repair is not feasible, we will arrange for a replacement. Should you choose to cancel the order due to irreparable damage, your account will be credited for the full order amount, including shipping costs.


Please note: It is crucial to thoroughly inspect all products upon delivery, whether they are delivered via third-party courier or by our White Glove Residential Delivery service. Products acknowledged and signed for as being received in complete and good condition are exempt from freight or damage claims and become the responsibility of the receiver.
